Mournful Cry in Assassin's Creed Valhalla (ACV) is a Hammer Weapon that can wielded be in either hand, and allows the player to attack enemies effectively. However, in order to wield a two-handed weapon in each hand you will need the skill: Heavy Dual Wield. 

Each weapon in ACV is associated with either the Raven Skill Tree, Bear Skill Tree or Wolf Skill Tree. Weapons can be Enhanced at any Blacksmith to increase their quality, which allows them to be Upgraded further, and can add Rune Slots to the Weapon. Weapons can be Upgraded a number of times to further increase their damage and effectiveness using Materials found in the world.

Mournful Cry Location: Where to Find Mournful Cry

This weapon can be purchased from Reda's Shop. After speaking to Randvi and Ceolbert back in the settlement in Ledecestrescire, Randvi mentions that there's a visiting merchant who's set up a stall outside and who wishes to speak to you. Simply track the quest "The Thousand Eyes" and follow the marker to find the merchant. Speak to him and you'll meet the leader of The Thousand Eyes, Reda. After the conversation, you'll be able to check the items that are available for purchase.
